What a Day…
This city is too easy to get lost in, and sometimes it might even be fun, but sometimes you want to know where you’re stepping… so much history as well as a rather complex present makes Jerusalem pace unique like no other city. This is the place to meet Jerusalem’s new culture, history and local restaurants.
Start our day like a true local would, with a Turkish coffee in Stay Inn hostel. We’ll then head out and walk over to Nachlaot neighborhood to learn about the latest Jerusalem communities and where they came from. While listening to their stories we’ll enjoy cheese & wine tasting. In this neighborhood we will see the different communities which create the Jerusalem cultural music.
Afterwards we will walk through the colorful Machane Yehuda market where we will taste different special local food and drinks. We will go to a Jewish Orthodox neighborhood and finish up for special Ethiopian coffee at a great Ethiopian restaurant.
The tour will include Turkish coffee, Ethiopian coffee, alcoholic drinks, wine , fabulous cheese, jahnun, hummus ,tahini, halva and knafe.
